Case Study #1: Standing 'O' Marching
Standing ‘O’ Marching provides award-winning shows for ultra-competitive high school marching bands across the U.S. Rob Stein (CEO) has a great reputation for his work with these bands. But even with his success, handling email marketing was tricky with his busy schedule. Rob reached out to me because my approach and method stood out from the competition.
The Challenge
Rob used to manage all the email marketing himself, but he had some hurdles:

Case Study #3: School Of Beatbox
Danny Ladwa loves beatboxing. He started the School Of Beatbox because he wanted to teach others to express themselves and build confidence. But he struggled to find the right people to join his first Beatbox Cohort. Danny didn’t know how to do email marketing. He needed a reliable process to reach enthusiastic beatboxers from around the world.
The Challenge
Danny faced a few big problems:
- Little marketing know-how: He didn’t have the tools or skills to make emails that people would act on.

- I streamlined the sign-up process to reduce friction and boost conversions.

- I expanded successful strategies to attract more students for future cohorts with Facebook (Meta) ads.
- I used the data insights to revamp his entire sales funnel and create evergreen templates for ongoing use.

- I regularly tested new ideas to keep engagement high and sign-ups growing.
